High School Subscriber Access
High
Schools in the United States may subscribe to (1) post volunteer
activities to the x2VOL Web Site, (2) assign groups and goals, (3)
approve hours claimed by students, (4) retrieve reports related to the
number of hours that their students are contributing to the community.
When
a High School subscribes to the system, the following information may
be available: Student Name, Student Email Address, Number of Hours
Volunteered, Activities that the student has completed (future
activities that may appear in the student's activity log are NOT
available in reports).
When a High School subscribes to the
system they may post school-sponsored volunteer activities. These
activities will appear on the FIND THINGS TO DO page. School sponsored
activities will be verified by school administrators. School
administrators will confirm attendance and participation in
school-sponsored activities.
High Schools will NOT have access
to the following student information: phone number, skills/interests,
physical address, upcoming activities that students have signed up for
with the exception of school-sponsored activities.)
Subscribing
High Schools have the ability to track the number of hours served by
their students on an individual level, a class level and a school level.
x2VOL or other non-proft organizations may, from
time to time, contact you on behalf of external business partners about a
particular offering that may be of interest to you. In those cases, your unique
personally identifiable information (e-mail, name, address, telephone number)
is not transferred to the third party. In addition, x2VOL may share
data with trusted partners to help us perform statistical analysis, send you
email or postal mail, provide customer support, or arrange for deliveries. All
such third parties are prohibited from using your personal information except
to provide these services to x2VOL, and they are required to
maintain the confidentiality of your information.
x2VOL does not
use or disclose sensitive personal information, such as race, religion, or
political affiliations, without your explicit consent.
x2VOL keeps
track of the Web sites and pages our customers visit within x2VOL,
in order to determine what x2VOL services are the most popular.
